Matured in a marriage of hand-selected Bourbon, Port and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, this 10 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey expresses the layers of depth and complexity that our maturation creates over a decade.
Production Process
Shaped by the unique micro-climate of Dingle, this whiskey embodies the craft, character and community which makes Dingle unique. Bottled at 46.5% and non-chill filtered.
Tasting Notes
- Nose: Rich waves of dark fruits and stewed plums
- Taste: Lusciously layered with ginger nut biscuit and decadent Black Forest gâteau
- Finish: Smooth butterscotch, delicate orange blossom and evolving fruity spices

Terminal 2 Departures: After you pass through the security screening area, walk through the shopping area and you will see the Click & Collect Collection Desk at the end of the walkway.
Terminal 2 Arrivals: Immediately after you pass through the customs screening area, you will see Dublin & Cork Airport Duty Free arrivals shopping area on your right. Our collection point is located here.
