This exceptional Single Pot Still Whiskey has been finished for 2 years in Tawny Port Cask, showcasing the rich and decadent cask finish with ripe cherries, apricots and a lingering spice.
270 bottles only.
59.12% ABV
Nose: A rich, fruit-forward aroma with ripe black cherries and raspberry compote. Beneath the fruit are layers of honeycomb and toasted almonds, with a gentle oak spice and hint of cinnamon.
Palate: Creamy and full-bodied, with stewed apricot and cherry on the palate, while cracked black pepper, clove and ginger provide balance.
Finish: Long and lingering, with red fruit sweetness and hints of roasted hazelnut, toasted oak and baking spices.
With our FREE Click & Collect service, you can now place your order up to 12 hours in advance of collection and pick it up from one of our convenient collection points in Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 in Dublin airport or in Cork airport (72 hours in advance for Cork).

Terminal 2 Departures: After you pass through the security screening area, walk through the shopping area and you will see the Click & Collect Collection Desk at the end of the walkway.
Terminal 2 Arrivals: Immediately after you pass through the customs screening area, you will see Dublin & Cork Airport Duty Free arrivals shopping area on your right. Our collection point is located here.
Cork:
Departures: Directly after security, at the Click & Collect desk in Dublin & Cork Airport Duty Free store
Arrivals: At the Information Desk in the Arrivals Hall
