McConnell's Cognac Cask Finish is the final release in our 5-Year-Old Series, representing the most premium expression in the range. A blend of Irish malt and Irish grain whiskeys, aged for 5 years in first-fill Bourbon casks and finished in exceptional Cognac casks handpicked by our Master Distiller, Graeme Millar. This rare finish in Irish whiskey brings forward rich notes of candied lemons, dried pineapples, and a lingering ginger spice.
Tasting notes:
Nose: Macerated orange peel, ripe banana and vanilla.
Palate: Candied lemons, icing sugar, flame raisins, blonde chocolate, dried pineapple.
Finish: Lingering ginger spice.

Terminal 1 Arrivals: After you pass through Customs and enter the Arrivals Hall, the Click & Collect desk is conveniently located on your right.
Terminal 2 Departures: After you pass through the security screening area, walk through the shopping area and you will see the Click & Collect Collection Desk at the end of the walkway.
Terminal 2 Arrivals: Immediately after you pass through the customs screening area, you will see Dublin & Cork Airport Duty Free arrivals shopping area on your right. Our collection point is located here.
Cork:
Departures: Directly after security, at the Click & Collect desk in Dublin & Cork Airport Duty Free store
Arrivals: At the Information Desk in the Arrivals Hall
