This 7 Year Old Limited Edition Single Pot Still Whiskey, created by Head of Maturation Paddy Foley and bottled exclusively for The Irish Whiskey Collection was matured in Palo Cortado Sherry casks, developing a silky, full-bodied taste with signature Single Pot Still oiliness. Salted caramel and cr?me br?l?e opens to roasted nuts, dates and spiced citrus with warm clove and nutmeg, balanced by a sweet, malt core. Tasting Notes:
- Nose: Toasted hazelnut and almond up front, followed by dried orange peel and treacle toffee. Layers of vanilla pod, honeycomb and gentle coconut from the bourbon cask sit beneath the sherry notes. Hints of leather-bound books, raisin bread, and a delicate earthy edge.
- Taste: Silky and full-bodied with the signature Single Pot Still oiliness. Salted caramel and cr?me br?l?e lead, opening into roasted nuts, dates, and spiced citrus, with warmth from clove and nutmeg balanced by a sweet malt core.
- Finish: Long, warming and satisfying. Cocoa powder, burnt sugar and polished oak linger with walnut and dried fruit.
With our FREE Click & Collect service, you can now place your order up to 12 hours in advance of collection and pick it up from one of our convenient collection points in Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 in Dublin airport or in Cork airport (72 hours in advance for Cork).

Terminal 2 Departures: After you pass through the security screening area, walk through the shopping area and you will see the Click & Collect Collection Desk at the end of the walkway.
Terminal 2 Arrivals: Immediately after you pass through the customs screening area, you will see Dublin & Cork Airport Duty Free arrivals shopping area on your right. Our collection point is located here.
Cork:
