The Irish Whiskey Collectioin- Christmas Airport Exclusive 2025
Wishing all those traveling through Dublin and Cork airports a wonderful Christmas this holiday season. To make the occasion, the Irish Whiskey Collection proudly presents its second Killowen Christmas bottle. Crafted to embody the spirits of the season, this luxurious traditional whiskey mash bill offers a beautifully balanced and complex spirit, bursting with festive fruits character thanks to two lively fortified wine casks. Finishing in tow strong casks would not normally be part of the Killowen doctrine, but the Christmas cheer makes this a welcome exception.
Tasting Notes
- Nose: Warm fruit cake with fresh cream, hint of cinnamon spice
- Palate: Cream on Christmas pudding, pumpkin spice and a whisper of smoke
- Finish: Spice mellows to figs, prunes and redcurrant with a creamy texture and touch of smouldering turf

Killowen Distillery
From our ancient Mourne mountain home, Killowen is part of a new batch of distillers helping Ireland take its rightful place among the most awarded spirits in contemporary distilling.
Using time-honoured, historical – albeit time-consuming processes – allows Killowen’s unique flavour profile to echo the historical international whiskeys of choice; ones that were distinctively ‘Irish’. Meaning our highly sought-after Irish product can rightfully be held in high esteem once again.
Our two handmade artisan pot stills, named Christoir (1000 litre) and Broc (800 litre), are flame fed and our condensers are worm tub. We believe the ancient still shape, size, flame heat and worm tub condensation help create a traditional spirit with a contemporary twist.
We're proud to bring you the Barántúil Series of Single Cask Releases. Just as in the original Irish, Barántúil (bar-an-tool) to us means 'true to original'; the original spirit of Irish Whiskey.
Defying categorisation but always authentic, each release is as varied as the history of Irish Whiskey itself; with mixed mash-bills, wild fermentated wort, flame-fired distillation and specially selected casks bring each release its own true character.

With our FREE Click & Collect service, you can now place your order up to 12 hours in advance of collection and pick it up from one of our convenient collection points in Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 in Dublin airport or in Cork airport (72 hours in advance for Cork).
Prefer to travel handsfree? You can shop online before you fly and collect your purchases on your arrival back into Ireland. We only need 12 hours* to prepare your order and we’ll have it ready and waiting for you at the Click & Collect desk in the Arrivals Hall. There are so many ways to shop at dublinandcorkdutyfree.ie
You can choose to collect your order at one of the following Collection Points:

Terminal 1 Departures: Our Click & Collect desk is conveniently located in Dublin & Cork Airport Duty Free Store, directly after you exit security.
Terminal 1 Arrivals: After you pass through Customs and enter the Arrivals Hall, the Click & Collect desk is conveniently located on your right.
Terminal 2 Departures: After you pass through the security screening area, walk through the shopping area and you will see the Click & Collect Collection Desk at the end of the walkway.
Terminal 2 Arrivals: Immediately after you pass through the customs screening area, you will see Dublin & Cork Airport Duty Free arrivals shopping area on your right. Our collection point is located here.
Cork:
Departures: Directly after security, at the Click & Collect desk in Dublin & Cork Airport Duty Free store
Arrivals: At the Information Desk in the Arrivals Hall
