Redbreast's Iberian Series celebrates Gilbey's sherry history - of importing fortified wines since the late 1800s - with a series of releases fromacross the Iberian peninsula. Master Blender David McCabe has travelled to source casks from sun-drenched Spanish bodegas and Portuguese quintas to expand Redbreast's sherried flavours.
THE WHISKEYThe fifth release in Redbreast's acclaimed Iberian Series. This expression is finished in Moscatel wine casks sourced from the hills of Malaga, Spain, in partnership with the historic Bodegas Quitapenas, family-owned since 1880.
These Spanish Moscatel casks are known for their floral aromas with notes of pineapple, peach, and honey. The wine rests in American oak for 24 months before the casks journey to Midleton Distillery, where Redbreast Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey has been finishing in them since 2024.
Tasting Notes- Nose:A fresh and floral balance of zesty fruits with dustings of nutmeg and rich vanilla oak.
- Taste:Vibrant fruits combined with textured layers of toffee and honeycomb, subtle undertones ofdried herbs, all while the oak remains consistent.
- Finish:Pot still spices and wine seasoned oak lingering until the very end.
- ABV: 46%
With our FREE Click & Collect service, you can now place your order up to 12 hours in advance of collection and pick it up from one of our convenient collection points in Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 in Dublin airport or in Cork airport (72 hours in advance for Cork).

Terminal 1 Arrivals: After you pass through Customs and enter the Arrivals Hall, the Click & Collect desk is conveniently located on your right.
Terminal 2 Departures: After you pass through the security screening area, walk through the shopping area and you will see the Click & Collect Collection Desk at the end of the walkway.
Terminal 2 Arrivals: Immediately after you pass through the customs screening area, you will see Dublin & Cork Airport Duty Free arrivals shopping area on your right. Our collection point is located here.
Cork:
Departures: Directly after security, at the Click & Collect desk in Dublin & Cork Airport Duty Free store
Arrivals: At the Information Desk in the Arrivals Hall
