Irish Pot Still is characterized by its unique mash bill that includes both malted and un-malted barley. Aged in bourbon and sherry casks, this Pot Still whiskey offers a rich, spicy depth with the signature creamy texture of Ireland's most traditional style. Traditionally, Irish whiskey, unless labelled as Single Malt, was crafted from a blend of cereals like oat, rye, wheat, and corn. Pot Still Whiskey, once globally acclaimed for its quality and uniqueness, derives its distinct character from un-malted barley, which imparts a unique green apple spice to the spirit. Finishing Two Stacks Double Barrel Pot Still in American Rye casks amplifies these spice notes, allowing the Pot Still spirit to truly shine.
