It reveals an intriguing dimension of mature fruitiness, derived from casks sourced from one of the most storied Port houses in the Douru Valley. Matured in American Oak ex-Bourbon and European Oak Sherry casks, our 16 Year Old is then finished to perfection in Ruby Port casks. A masterclass of intention.
Tasting Notes
- Note: story of tanned leather, moist blackcurrants, fennel seeds, hints of ginger, and bonfire embers.
- Palate: Sweetness abounds. Soft chocolate fudge and demerara sugar, complement salted walnuts and oaky notes.
- Finish: A deep and expressive smokiness, sweet and pale, that lingers on the palate.

Terminal 2 Departures: After you pass through the security screening area, walk through the shopping area and you will see the Click & Collect Collection Desk at the end of the walkway.
Terminal 2 Arrivals: Immediately after you pass through the customs screening area, you will see Dublin & Cork Airport Duty Free arrivals shopping area on your right. Our collection point is located here.
Cork:
Departures: Directly after security, at the Click & Collect desk in Dublin & Cork Airport Duty Free store
Arrivals: At the Information Desk in the Arrivals Hall
