This pricing policy has been developed by Aer Rianta International cpt (referred to as "ARI", "we", "us" or "our"). Our pricing policy outlines the price savings available to you compared to Irish High Street stores when you visit and shop on our website: www.dublinandcorkdutyfree.ie, and / or in our Dublin Airport and Cork Airport duty free stores.


SAVINGS

  • • Beauty – Save at least 15% versus the Irish High Street or the recommended retail price (RRP).
  • • Alcohol – Save at least 30% versus the Irish High Street on selected price checked duty free lines.
  • • Tobacco – Save at least 55% versus the Irish High Street.
  • • Hugo Boss Fashion – Save at least 10% versus the RRP.
  • • Sunglasses – Save up to 40% Vs the RRP.

HOW DO YOU MEASURE THE DUTY FREE SAVING VERSUS THE IRISH DOMESTIC HIGH STREET PRICE?
Every month an independent price checking agency price checks online the non-promotional prices of Beauty, Alcohol and Tobacco in Irish High Street stores.


HOW MANY IRISH HIGH STREET SHOPS DO YOU COMPARE AGAINST?

  • • Beauty Survey Stores – 2.
  • • Alcohol Survey Stores – 2 every month, 7 every quarter.
  • • Tobacco Survey Stores – 2.

WHAT EXCLUSIONS APPLY?

  • • Alcohol savings are only available to those travelling outside of the European Union.
  • • Alcohol products that cannot be found in 3 or more of our 7 Irish High Street stores.
  • • Competitor promotions.
  • • Ray-Ban and Oakley sunglasses.

On this basis, we commit to our prices being at least 15% less than those found on the high street / in the domestic market. In the event that we may have overlooked something, and if you happen to discover the same beauty product priced lower* with our competitors, please contact our Customer Service team who will refund you, if desired.


*Please note that our Beauty Price Promise does not extend to competitor discount codes, promotions, clearance sales, flash offers, or special pricing deals. The exact beauty product must be publicly available for purchase at a downtown store or outlet within Ireland. Should we ever fall short of our Beauty Price Promise, kindly provide comprehensive details to Dublin & Cork Airport Duty Free Customer Service at Dublin Airport via customerService@dublinandcorkdutyfree.ie within 21 days of purchase.
