This exceptional whiskey has been hand selected by The Irish Whiskey Collection.
Initially aged in a 1st fill Bourbon barrel for ten whistling years and finished in an Italian Amarone wine cask for a further 22 months, this release is inspired by the glorious world of Aviation and celebrates the golden age of travel
Tasting Notes
- Nose: Soft honey and creamy vanilla up front, layered with ripe fruits reminiscent of cherry compote and stewed plums. Hints of toasted oak and spice.
- Palate: Silky and rounded on the palate with vanilla custard, stone fruits and spiced raisins and a whisper of dark chocolate.
- Finish: Long and warming finish with lingering notes of red grapes, warm oak and a gentle spice, cherries and plums with a vanilla undertone.
- 46% ABV. Non-Chill Filtered. Natural Colour
With our FREE Click & Collect service, you can now place your order up to 12 hours in advance of collection and pick it up from one of our convenient collection points in Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 in Dublin airport or in Cork airport (72 hours in advance for Cork).

Terminal 1 Arrivals: After you pass through Customs and enter the Arrivals Hall, the Click & Collect desk is conveniently located on your right.
Terminal 2 Departures: After you pass through the security screening area, walk through the shopping area and you will see the Click & Collect Collection Desk at the end of the walkway.
Terminal 2 Arrivals: Immediately after you pass through the customs screening area, you will see Dublin & Cork Airport Duty Free arrivals shopping area on your right. Our collection point is located here.
Cork:
Departures: Directly after security, at the Click & Collect desk in Dublin & Cork Airport Duty Free store
Arrivals: At the Information Desk in the Arrivals Hall
